When a problem cannot be solved with a hundred Marines or a million Guardsmen, the Officio Assassinorum is whispered to. Eversor, Vindicare, Callidus, Culexus — four temples, each a different art of murder. Some Assassins poison a tyrant. Some make a planet's heretic king watch his city collapse from a sniper's eye.
